Amid the ongoing war of words between movie buffs over the release of the most anticipated movies in 2021- KGF Chapter 2 and Pushpa, millions of fans on Tuesday got the much needed update on another big-budgeted flick—RRR.
The makers of SS Rajamouli’s upcoming magnum opus Rise Roar Revolt ( RRR ) gave an insight that the shoot of the movie, except for two songs, has been completed.
Taking to Twitter, the makers wrote, “Moving at a rapid pace. Except for two songs, we are done with the shoot. #RRRMovie @tarak9999 & @AlwaysRamCharan have completed the dubbing for 2 languages and will wind up the rest soon (sic).”

RRR starring Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn is one of the most hyped movies of the year.
Both the actors- Jr NTR and Ram Charan have already dubbed it in two languages.
Earlier, there were lot of speculations that the shooting of the movie was adversely affected due to Covid-19 pandemic.
As per PTI report, the much-anticipated movie, which commenced principal photography in November 2018, resumed filming in October last year, nearly seven months after the shoot was halted due to the coronavirus pandemic .
The shoot of "RRR" was again put on hold after the Telangana government imposed a lockdown from May 12 during the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic. The team started filming from June 21 after the government lifted the shutdown in the state, the PTI report added.

‘RRR’ is reportedly said to be a period action drama. The period drama centres around the life of freedom fighters Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sita Ramaraju. While Ram Charan will essay the role of Sitaramaraju, Jr NTR will portray Komaram Bheem.
Earlier, the makers had planned to shoot the remaining schedule with both actors and wrap up the film by July 2021, so that post-production work can resume at the earliest.
As per reports, the film unit will soon start shooting of a new song on Ram Charan and Alia Bhatt and another song is expected to feature both Charan and NTR.
