Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Pushpa is one of the biggest movies lined up for release. As with life all over India, the work of this movie has also been disturbed due to the onset of the Corona pandemic. However, now the makers are gearing up to complete the pending work so that Pushpa can be released on August 13, 2021, as decided earlier.
According to reports, the shooting of Pushpa will resume from July 5 onwards and director Sukumar has set a new schedule for the team in Hyderabad.
Post completing this schedule, the Pushpa team will leave for Thailand or China for shooting a lengthy fight scene which is expected to be the climax.

Rashmika Mandanna, who was seen as a damsel from a village in the trailer of this Allu Arjun-led movie, recently opened up about her role in the flick. According to Rashoo, her role in this film is quite different and will take her fans by surprise. The Bheeshma actress further added that the role of village girl has given her ample scope for performance.

Another actor who recently shared something important is Fahadh Faasil, who is playing the lead antagonist in Pushpa. The Malayalam actor shared details about his personal as well as professional life on his microblogging page. According to Fahadh, he met with an accident while shooting a stunt scene for Malayankunju. For this action shot, he had to jump from a height but Fahadh lost his balance and fell.

Fortunately, for the Pushpa actor, his defense mechanism saved him as his hands touched the ground first before the face and he escaped with only three stitches on his nose instead of a big head or face injury. As reported earlier, Pushpa will now release in two parts. The first part will release as scheduled in August whereas the makers are planning to release the sequel in 2023.
