Can Inspector Chalu Pandey solve the biggest mystery which has put the entire residents of Gokuldham society, in the popular show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, in an awkward situation?

Be it Jethalal, Babita ji or Bhide all of the Gokuldham residents are worried over the mysterious disappearance of Rs 20 lakh worth of gold jewellery belonging to Patrakar Popatlal.

In the last episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Chalu Pandey was initially reluctant to pick up Jethalal aka Dilip Joshi’s phone call. The reason was quite obvious as Inspector Chalu Pandey always had hard luck solving cases involving Gokuldham.

However, Chalu Pandey answers the call and Jethalal was quick to inform him about the stolen jewellery. Inspector Chalu Pandey asks them to hand over the thief to them as they would have caught him by now as it has always been the case.

Inspector Chalu Pandey got shock after he struggles to find whose jewellery has been stolen even though Jethalal and Sodhi tried hard to convince that it was actually Popatlal’s jewellery which he had bought for his wife-to-be.

It is pertinent to mention here that the gold jewellery worth Rs 20 lakh kept inside a wooden box was initially handed over to Bhide by Popatlal. Subsequently, the jewellery box was passed from one person to the other and ultimately reached Sodhi’s house.

The Gokuldham residents got a shock after they learnt that the gold ornaments inside the jewellery was empty. Earlier on Jethalal’s request Tapu Sena took Popatlal for dinner in a bid to ensure that he doesn’t get to know that his old ornaments are missing.
