With back-to-back blockbusters like Baahubali 2, RRR, and Kalki 2898 AD, the Telugu film industry is leading the way in making the highest-grossing movies. Most of the movies are easily entering the Rs 1000 crore club, many even reaching a global level of stardom.

So, without any surprise, South stars like Prabhas, Vijay, Rajinikanth, and Yash have overtaken Bollywood superstars Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Aamir Khan in the list of highest-paid celebrities. However, this year someone else is expected to top the list.

Well, the man in question is stylish star Allu Arjun and our very own Pushparaj. As per reports, the ‘Pushpa’ actor is all set to become the highest-paid actor in the country, leaving behind Prabhas and the Khans.
If reports are to be believed, the actor is not charging any fee for his highly anticipated ‘Pushpa 2’. Instead, he will reportedly be taking the profits from the film’s collection which is expected to easily gross around Rs 1000 crore in the global market.

If everything goes as per plan, then Allu Arjun who will be taking around 33% profit will easily earn more than Rs 330 crores, the highest for any actor till now. Although there has been no official confirmation in this regard, Allu Arjun can easily earn the amount through the release’s theatres, OTT, satellite rights, dubbed version, and music rights.

Scheduled for theatrical release on December 6, Pushpa 2 also features Rashmika Mandanna and Malayalam superstar Fahadh Faasil in pivotal roles. Directed by ‘Arya’ fame director Sukumar, the music of the film is composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
