Travel vlogger and actress Shenaz Treasury recently had a nerve-wracking experience while flying from Dubai to Argentina. The 44-year-old, known for her adventurous travel stories, took to Instagram to share her ordeal, leaving followers both shocked and empathetic.

In a teary video, Shenaz revealed that Dubai airport authorities stopped her from boarding because she didn’t have a printed copy of her e-visa. While Indian nationals receive electronic visas, a physical printout is mandatory for immigration clearance.

“They just wouldn’t let me board,” she said, explaining how she sprinted back nearly a kilometre to the lounge to print it. “The printer wasn’t working, the flight was closing… I started crying and made a scene. Finally, they held the flight for me.”

A Gruelling 23-Hour Journey

Relieved but exhausted, Shenaz finally boarded her flight and shared details of her marathon itinerary:

Mumbai to Dubai: 3 hours

Dubai Layover: 2 hours

Dubai to Rio: 14 hours

Refuel in Rio: 2.5 hours (without deboarding)

Rio to Buenos Aires: 3 hours

“Smiling again,” she wrote, finally ready for her Argentine adventure.

Before the drama, The Delhi Belly actress Shenaz explored team Lab Phenomena in Abu Dhabi, an immersive art space blending technology, nature, and imagination. “I thought I was just going to see art,” she joked. “Instead, I lost my shoes, walked through a black hole, and multiplied into 20 Shenaz alligators!”
