Naveen Kumar Gowda with screen name ‘Yash’ has completed 13 years in film industry. The Kannada actor, who made his first silver screen appearance in Moggina Manasu in 2008 in a supporting role and bagged the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor for his stellar performance in the movie, went on to become a pan-India actor with KGF Chapter 1 that released in 2018.
Yash born to a Kannadiga family on January 8, 1986, is one among the highest-paid actors in the Kannada film industry. His journey from a bus driver's son to becoming a pan-India actor and winning the hearts of people from all over the world is quite inspiring.
The Kannada actor initiated his journey as an actor from a teleserial, Nanda Gokula, which also starred Radhika Pandit. His first film as the lead character was Rocky. The actor has never looked back since then and was starred as the lead character in movies.

Yash or better known as Rocking Star Yash in Sandalwood industry is believed to have got the title for his debut movie in lead character -Rocky.
Rocking Star became a pan-India celebrated actor with the first instalment of KGF and the rest is history.
Today (July 17th), Yash completed his 13th year and fans are celebrating the remarkable day.
As reported earlier, CDP was to release a video today to celebrate 13th year of Yashism. And 'the promise was kept'!
With "The Science Behind #KGF" as the title, the video was released on YouTube. As the narrator says, 'it is a tribute to Yash on the remarkable day'.
"One Man, One Word, One Commitment and Then Rest Was Into The History Books Of Indian Film Industry," the background voice said.
The narrator further stated that the video is not meant to point 81 things that went wrong or 64 mistakes in the movie. Adding he said, he has tried to break down the science behind the movie KGF and is a tribute to the movie KGF.
