A few weeks ago, the team of Shark Tank India came on The Kapil Sharma Show and enjoyed some fun moments. It was for the first time that such a big group of rich and successful entrepreneurs had featured on the show and hence the level of entertainment was very high.
Ashneer Grover, who is the co-founder of BharatPe and is currently fighting a legal dispute with his company’s management, also appeared on the show as a guest while his wife enjoyed the show among the audience.
A few clicks of Ashneer along with his wife Madhuri from sets of The Kapil Sharma Show has now become viral which had given a budding entrepreneur Niti to take a dig at Ashneer Grover. Niti was one of the contestants who appeared on Shark Tank India asking for investments from the Sharks for her clothing brand.
While all the other Sharks including Namita, Anupam, Peyush politely declined to invest in Niti’s clothing brand, Ashneer made some very harsh comments on her brand. Not only did Ashneer bash Niti for a 'bad' clothing brand but he also went on to say that no one in his house will wear clothes from Niti’s brand and that she should shut down her venture.
During her interaction recently Niti said that Ashneer slammed her very badly during presentation of her clothing brand. While the showmakers aired a small part of what he said to her, they edited many more blunt and sharp words that the leading Indian entrepreneur threw at Niti. Nevertheless, what came as a surprise to Niti is when Ashneer’s wife Madhuri came on The Kapil Sharma Show wearing a dress that he had gifted to him when she appeared as a contestant on Shark Tank India.
According to Niti, this is nothing but hypocrisy as Ashneer had badly criticized her clothing brand and even then his wife decided to wear her dress.
