The Kapil Sharma Show went off air a couple of months ago. Already the fans are missing the comedy show and are eagerly awaiting its next season. There is definitely a delightful update for TKS fans but with a twist.
The show is all set to start airing soon albeit not on television but on Netflix. Until now the audience enjoyed the show on Sony Television after a brief stint of Comedy Nights with Kapil on Colors Television.
But now The Kapil Sharma Show makers have decided to shift to the OTT platform. The promo has recently hit the web and it seems all the comedians including Kapil Sharma, Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek, and Rajiv Thakur are gearing up to entertain the audience.
Incidentally, Rajiv Thakur is currently on television as a contestant for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 11.

It is sad news for the TV audience who prefer watching content more on television than on OTT. But the positive thing about this twist is that now all the episodes will be streaming on the Netflix channel all the time and hence die-hard The Kapil Sharma Show fans can watch them whenever they want as per their preference of time.
The promo shows an entirely different set and background from what fans are used to. It will be a big surprise for the audience. Promoting the same on his social media handle, Kiku Sharda known more for his roles like Baccha Yadav penned, “Ek baar hum log naye ghar me shift ho jayen, phir wapas se chit-chat hasi-thitholi vala mahaul banaaenge, aap log ready rahiye ga, hum bhi almost ready hain.”
Archana Puran Singh will continue to be a part of the show as others. In the promo, Kapil can be seen saying, “Ghar badla hain family nahi.” It would be exciting to see how different this OTT version of TKS will be from the television one.
