The team of Bachchan Pandey including lead stars Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Arshad Warsi were the guests of The Kapil Sharma Show last weekend. As usual, there was a lot of fun and hilarious interaction between Kapil and Akshay as the latter even kissed the host generously putting an end to the rift rumours between the two.
While Krushna Abhishek was performing his act, Akshay simply revealed to the audience and the judge Archana Puran Singh how the Bol Bachchan actor was cheating. He opened the palm of Krushna Abhishek and showed everyone that all the dialogues have been written there which made everyone laugh.
Most people believe that The Kapil Sharma Show is an impromptu standup comedy show but in reality, all the star cast follow a script and they even rehearse it before the guests share the stage. Akshay Kumar is one of the few topmost Bollywood celebrities who appear on the show quite frequently for promoting his movies and hence is at ease with everyone on the show including Kiku Sharda, Sumona Chakravarti, and Chandan Prabhakar.
Coincidentally while Akshay appeared on The Kapil Sharma Show on Sunday yesterday, the same day in the morning he congratulated Anupam Kher for his fabulous acting in The Kashmir Files and promised that he will watch it soon. The director of The Kashmir Files has claimed that the TKSS makers did not invite his team to the show because there was no big star in the movie. And this triggered the #Boycottkapilsharma trend on social media with many slamming Kapil for his biased act.
Kapil did not clarify the entire allegations, but he did say that no one should believe in a one-sided story. Even then this trend has definitely helped the movie and indirectly has acted as a promotion.
