Actor Manoj Bajpayee recently shared exciting updates about the highly anticipated third season of his popular web series, ‘The Family Man.’ After two successful seasons, fans have been eagerly awaiting the next instalment, and Bajpayee revealed that the much-anticipated shooting for Season 3 is scheduled to commence at the end of February.

In an interview with The Lallantop, Bajpayee disclosed that the upcoming season will predominantly be shot in the North-East region of India, promising a series that is "bigger than the previous season." 

He hinted at a narrative continuation from where the last season left off, with new circumstances and challenges for the central character, Srikant Tiwari. 

Bajpayee shared insights into the evolution of Srikant Tiwari's character, stating, "This time Srikant Tiwari is in that phase of his life where his kids have grown up, and even Srikant has grown old a bit, but the challenges don’t leave him." The actor assured fans that the storyline would be both beautiful and intense.

Earlier, filmmaker Krishna DK, of the Raj & DK duo, provided additional details about the upcoming season. He mentioned that a significant portion of the series would delve into the complex geopolitics of the Northeast. 

"As the series is set in the Northeast, a major chunk of shooting will also take place in the region. We are yet to come and scout for locations, but that process should start soon. We will start interacting with local people here. We are still figuring out how to get things started. It's in the development phase," Krishna was quoted saying PTI.

The Family Man 3 Release Date Update

The third season of The Family Man is anticipated to be released in 2025. Hinting at the possible release of the same, Krishna DK had also earlier said that it would hit the OTT platform sometime around 2025.

So, going by the updates so far, we can expect that if everything goes the way it has been planned, fans of the popular Amazon Prime series can watch it on the platform next year.
