OTT platform Netflix has come up with a slew of interesting projects for its Indian subscribers- from Raj and DK's 'Guns & Gulabs' to 'Soup' starring 'The Family Man' star Manoj Bajpayee.

Netflix unveiled its lineup for Indian subscribers at a global fan event on Saturday. So, check below some of the top OTT releases on the cards for the lovers of original contents:

Soup

 

 

'Soup' is about chef Swathi Shetty who cooks up a master plan to replace her husband with her lover. But as it seems, Manoj Bajpayee gets involved in it and things changed for Swathi. Apart from The Family Man star, Konkona Sensharma, Nasser and Sayaji Shinde will be seen in key roles. The thriller is directed by Abhishek Chaubey.

It is about a young man desperately trying to make it big with some unlikely allies and a dastardly diabolical plan to pull off the perfect murder. It features Radhika Apte, Bagavathi Perumal, Akansha Ranjan Kapoor, Sukant Goel, and Zayn Marie Khan in pivotal roles.

Guns & Gulaabs

 

 

The Family Man hitmakers Raj and DK have once again come up with an interesting content. Guns & Gulaabs is a dark comedy set in a small town in the 90s. It stars Dulquer Salmaan, Rajkummar Rao, Adarsh Gourav, TJ Bhanu and Gulshan Devaiah.

Rana Naidu

Real-life nephew and uncle Rana and Venkatesh Daggubati star as a Mumbai fixer and his ex-con father in this adaptation of the crime drama, 'Ray Donovan'. The story is about a fixer who does all the dirty work for the most powerful people of the city, but things changed when his father is unexpectedly released from jail. It stars Surveen Chawla, Sushant Singh, Abhishek Banerjee, Suchitra Pillai and Gaurav Chopra among others.

Khufiya

It is an upcoming spy thriller movie written, produced and directed by Vishal Bhardwaj.  The film has grabbed all the eyeballs for its star cast which includes Tabu, Ali Fazal, Wamiqa Gabbi and Ashish Vidyarthi in important roles.

Class

It is all about the sudden change in dynamics at Hampton International after three new students from different backgrounds enroll for a new term and shake things up. Gurfateh Pirzada, Anjali Sivaraman, Cyaawal Singh, Ayesha Kanga, Chintan Rach, Madhyama Segal, Chayan Chopra, Moses Koul, Piyush Khati, Naina Bhan and Zeyn Shaw will feature in the high-school drama.

'Scoop' follows the journey of Jagruti Pathak, an ambitious crime journalist (a fictional character based on a book), whose world comes crashing down when she's charged with the murder of a fellow journalist. The Hansal Mehta-directed will see Karishma Tanna, Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub, Deven Bhojani, Tannishtha Chatterjee and Harman Baweja among others in key roles.

Kathal

This film is based on a true incident. It all starts with the missing of a local politician's jackfruits (kathal) and it is being investigated by a young and earnest police officer, played by Sanya Malhotra. Yashowardhan Mishra will be making his directorial debut with 'Kathal'.

Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairy Tale

It is all about Nayanthara who recently got married in a fairytale wedding to filmmaker Vignesh Shivan. It gives viewers an all-access peek into their lives, marriage and beyond.

Qala

Directed by Anvitaa Dutt, 'Qala' is the story of the young eponymous playback singer- her tragic past and how it catches up with her. It stars Triptii Dimri, Swastika Mukherjee, Babil Khan and Amit Sial.

CAT

 

 

It is about a former civilian informant played by Randeep Hooda. CAT will show Hooda getting tangled with his dark past when he is forced to save the life of his brother. It is directed by the trio- Balwinder Singh Janjua, Rupinder Chahal and Jimmy Singh.

Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga

Yami Gautam, Sunny Kaushal and Sharad Kelkar will be seen in pivotal roles in this project, which is about a flight attendant and her business partner who are on a mission to steal diamonds and free themselves from the clutches of a loan shark.
