Taylor Swift began her Eras Tour in March and is a big hit since the first show. Taylor has now broken the record for most No. 1 albums by a female artist. Swift has surpassed the former record holder Barbra Streisand, who had 11.
This apart, she is also the first living artist in almost 60 years with four concurrent albums in the top 10. She is also the first woman and living soloist to have 11 albums concurrently charting on the Billboard 200 chart.
While the popstar is continuing to delight the Swifties, the video of the man proposing to her girlfriend while she sings the popular song ‘Love Story’ has left internet smitten.
Taking to Instagram, a young girl shared how her brother-in-law came into the concert and surprised her sister. Taylor Swift is joined by the crowd to sing ‘Love Story’, when he gets down on one knee and proposes to her.
Seeing the proposal, other spectators present at the concert also celebrate and cheer up for them. The girl becomes teary-eyed and accepts the proposal as the couple unites in a tight hug.
“My brother-in-law pulled off the best surprise ever at the Eras tour last weekend. Sooo happy for them,” reads the caption of the video.
Since being shared online, the video has garnered millions of views with 137K likes and several comments from Instagram users.
“The jump over the railings, the song, the look on her face and the support of the crowd around them. This was adorable. He’s a real keeper (sic),” commented a user.
Another user wrote, “I love how thousands of strangers turned around and started cheering them on so cute.” (sic)
