Well, recently during the film's press conference, the Baahubali actress gave a bold response when asked how the director felt 'Milky Beauty' Tamannaah was fit for the role.

Actress Tamannaah Bhatia has been in the headlines for a couple of weeks now. Be it for her alleged breakup with Vijay Varma or her upcoming flick Odela 2, Tamannaah has been the talk of the town. Fans are quite excited to see Tammu as Shiva Shakti in Odela 2. The actress will be seen as a devotee of Lord Shiva in the Supernatural thriller film, who saves her village from evil forces. Often referred to as 'Milky Beauty', Tamannaah will be seen in a new avatar. Well, recently during the film's press conference, the Baahubali actress gave a bold response when asked how the director felt 'Milky Beauty' Tamannaah was fit for the role.

Tamannaah Bhatia Reacts to 'Milky Beauty' Tag

At the press conference, a female reporter asked director Ashok Teja, "Why did you look at a ‘Milky Beauty’ and think that she could be a Shiva Shakti?"

Well, this question visibly irked Tamannaah but she maintained her poise and responded with utmost grace, "Your question has the answer in it. He doesn’t look at ‘Milky Beauty’ as something that is to be shamed or feel bad about. Glamour, in a woman, is to be celebrated. And we women must celebrate ourselves. Then we can expect other people to celebrate us."

Further, she added, "If we look at us in a certain way then nobody can respect us. Here, we have a wonderful gentleman who doesn’t look at women like that. He looks at women like divine. And divine can be glamorous, lethal, and powerful. A woman can be many-many things."

Notably, Odela 2, a sequel to 2022's Odela Railway Station is slated for theatrical release on April 17.
