Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah's Jethalal aka Dilip Joshi had a very special and memorable Diwali this year as he bought a new luxurious car on the auspicious occasion.
The TMKOC actor has purchased a beautiful black Kia Sonet subcompact SUV, whose picture has gone viral on social media after ace photographer Viral Bhayani shared it on his page.
In the picture, Dilip alongwith his family members can be seen posing with the brand new black SUV. Dilip can be seen in an off-white Kurta-pyjama a little different from his on-screen character Jethalal who is always seen in colourful dresses.

However, Jethalal's fans are praising him for not splurging his money and buying a mid-range car when he could have easily bought a more expensive SUV.
Recently, the actor during an interview with ETimes, revealed that he is getting many web shows' offer, however, he is content with what he is doing currently.
He said, "I do get offers for web shows and there are many opportunities, but as of now, I am happy playing Jethalal. I can always consider things in the future if I want."
Notably, Jethalal is one of the most popular Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah characters in the show. Jethalal is Kutchi Gujarati Jain from Bhachau, Gujarat who runs a store called "Gada Electronics" and lives in Gokuldham society with his father, wife and son.
