The current episodes of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah for the first time are showing something that no one had ever imagined. From Champak Chacha aka Bapuji drinking wine in Jethalal’s absence to getting 'tully' in the night, everything that is happening on the show currently was never expected by the audience. And that can be the reason why the TRP for TMKOC has suddenly increased.
For Jethalal, Bapuji is next to God and his every action is considered right, just, and pure. He is the reason why the purush mandali in Gokuldham can never enjoy a good party-sharty as they are all afraid of him. However, a few days ago Sodhi who is always upset because he cannot enjoy a good party with his friends because of Bapuji as he became suspicious of the latter’s activity and decided to find out exactly what was happening.
He along with Popatlal decides to follow Champak Chacha and what they find is pretty shocking. After making Jethalal stay in Pune, Champak chacha goes to a bar with his friends and enjoys a good glass of wine. Both Sodhi and Popatlal record this on mobile phones and show it all to their friends in Gokuldham. After watching the video everyone from Bhide, Iyer, Mehtasaab and Dr. Hathi get shocked. They wait for Chachaji to come home who is fully intoxicated and tries to hide a bottle somewhere near the stairs leading to his home.

When Champak Chacha goes inside his house, the purush mandali starts searching to find what he has hidden and finds the wine bottle. The next day, Jethalal comes home and when even after repeatedly ringing the bell, Bapuji does not open the door, he goes to meet his friends.
And then for the first time, his friends show him the video of 'tully' Champak Chacha which gives a big shock to Jethalal. The upcoming track is going to be full of unexpected twists and laughter as it will be interesting to know how Jethalal approaches Bapuji, confronts him, and finds out the reason behind his drinking.
