SSMB29: SS Rajamouli seizes Mahesh Babu's passport! Journey to begin from South Africa?
The tentatively titled action adventure flick SSMB29 is one of the much-hyped movies. While a couple of days ago, the team conducted a Pooja Ceremony in Hyderabad, it seems ace Indian filmmaker SS Rajamouli is all set to begin the journey with Tollywood Prince Mahesh Babu. The Baahubali helmer on Friday dropped a video, which has triggered speculations that the journey will kickstart soon from South Africa.
As per earlier reports, the yet-to-be-titled movie is set against the backdrop of an epic adventure. SSMB29 will be a one-of-a-kind African Jungle Adventure that will feature Mahesh Babu as an explorer with the characteristics of Lord Hanuman.
Well, the video dropped by the RRR helmer shows him standing in front of a portrait of a caged lion. As he turns back, he displays a passport flaunting a smile. The caption roads, "Captured."
Fans eagerly waiting for the adventure speculate that the filmmaker dropped a subtle hint on kickstarting the journey with Mahesh Babu from South Africa.
Notably, South Africa has the best opportunities to see the majestic lions in their natural habitat.
Meanwhile, a few others speculate that Rajamouli has seized Mahesh Babu's passport as the Guntur Kaaram actor is too much into travelling.
Commenting on the post, Mahesh Babu wrote, "Okkasaari commit ayithe naa maata nene vinanu…. 😉 (If you come once, I will listen to you).
While a couple of days ago, reports were abuzz that actress Priyanka Chopra (Jonas) is yet to give a nod and confirm bulk dates, her comment on the post also confirms that she is likely on board.
However, fans need to wait for an official confirmation.
According to earlier reports, the globe-trotting adventure is written by Vijayendra Prasad. The movie promises to deliver an extraordinary cinematic experience to the viewers by introducing them to a new world that has never been seen before in Indian cinema. The scale of this film indicates it will be an epic, larger-than-life experience. SSMB29 is also expected to be titled Garuda.
