SS Rajamouli gets 'disheartened' during solo trek to Odisha's Deomali Peak! Watch to know why

South ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli recently wrapped up his shooting schedule in Odisha's Koraput with Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran for SSMB29 (working title). The entire team travelled back to Hyderabad on Tuesday. On Wednesday evening, the renowned filmmaker shared about his amazing solo trek to Deomali. However, he got 'disheartened' despite enjoying the breathtaking views from atop Deomali.

RajamouliGets'Disheartened'

Rajamouli shared a video on Instagram that captures the breathtaking views from atop Deomali peak. However, while capturing the scenic view, the camera pans towards the ground showing waste littered all over the peak. From plastic bottles to wrappers of packaged food, waste can be seen shattered all over the place.

Sharing the video on Instagram, Rajamouli penned, "Had an amazing solo trek to Deomali, Odisha's highest and most stunning peak. The view from the top was absolutely breathtaking." (sic)

Further, expressing his concerns, the RRR helmer wrote, "However, it was disheartening to see the trail marred by litter. Such pristine wonders deserve better. A little civic sense can make a huge difference...Every visitor should carry back their waste to help protect these places." (sic)

Following her arrival in Odisha, Priyanka Chopra continued to share glimpses of the scenic beauty of Odisha's Switzerland, throughout the trip. Moreover, she also shared a few pictures from the sets of SSMB29 with her crew. Meanwhile, the Baahubali helmer was spotted playing volleyball with the locals.
