Rashmika Mandanna has been juggling with tough work schedule for the last few months ever since the lockdown norms have been eased. Since she is currently working both in Southern and Bollywood movies, the diva is struggling to maintain her tight schedule. But despite working so hard, Rashoo is finding it difficult to sleep soundly.
In her latest post, the Southern star penned that she shot for the entire night, and then tired herself by running for an hour but even then sleep continued to evade her. The actress wondered why she is going through this self-torture.
Rashmika MandannaWork-wise, superficially, it appears that Rashmika Mandanna’s career is going the right way. However, when compared with her contemporary and other leading Southern star Pooja Hegde, Rashoo has been losing at different ends. While Pooja has been grabbing most of the topmost Telugu and Tamil projects with big stars like Thalapathy Vijay and Prabhas, Rashmika has only one big Southern movie Pushpa: The Rise with Allu Arjun.
She also has another Southern flick titled Aadavaallu Meeku Johaarlu with Sharwanand, but in comparison to her previous movies, it is just a middle-ranged film. So, at present, Rashmika does not have any big projects apart from Pushpa.
While Pooja Hegde is working with top directors in Bollywood like Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus with Ranveer Singh and Salman Khan’s Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, Rashmika has two B-town projects in her kitty. But again these are middle-ranged projects.
Rashmika has already wrapped up shooting for Mission Majnu with Sidharth Malhotra and Goodbye with Amitabh Bachchan. So, now Rashmika’s chances of making it big in Bollywood depend on these two movies. The last OTT release of Sidharth – Shershaah received a lot of appreciation. If either Pushpa or Mission Majnu fails to meet the expected level of success, it can put Rashmika in big trouble as she currently does not have any other major movies to fall back upon.
