It's time to dive into the musical flavours and get soaked in it as the ace singer of the Odia film industry Abhijeet Mishra is all set to release his music video ‘Main Tera Hone Laga Hoon’.

Abhijeet will be seen in the solo music video to be released worldwide through music apps like Gaana, Spotify, Hungama, Instagram music, and Facebook music apart from his YouTube channel.

Talking about his latest music video which will hit the floor on October 19, Abhijeet said, “Tera Hone Laga Hoon is a song which conveys the feelings of love at first sight. At the same time, it is an attempt to make teenagers understand the fact that love is spiritual.”

Further, he went on to add, “True love really exists in each of us. It is part of our deep inner being.  Appearances do matter in relationships, but this doesn’t mean that looks are the most important aspect of love.  Youths in this digital era get swayed easily by physical beauty.  In the process, they fail to distinguish the difference between true love and infatuation. This is what I would like to convey through my video.”

“Being an independent artiste, my main motive is to bring out meaningful songs. And I hope my video ‘Tera Hona Laga Hoon’ will serve my purpose”, signed off Abhijeet.

Apart from Abhijeet, Belgium-based Swasati Panda will be seen in the video.

Award-winning filmmaker Snehasis Das who is known for conveying strong social messages through his documentaries and short films like Ghar Jaana Hai, Spandanam, Kokoli, and music video Mu Sei Kalinga, has directed the music video.

Speaking on the theme of the music video Tera Hone Laga Hoon, Snehasis said, “Youths nowadays get infatuated easily and fall in love with physical beauty but not with the inner soul. Infatuation feels like being in love but it is not. The intensity of the emotion is strong but not pure like love. True love is purely the connection of two souls.  As youth don’t fail to understand the difference between true love and infatuation, the suicidal tendency among them is rising. This music video is all about that.”

He further added: “In the video, a guy (Abhijeet) will be seen dreaming of somebody seen on social media. He will be seen infatuated with his dream girl. But will reveal more about what happens to him at the end you have to watch till October 19.”

The music video is a blend of contemporary Bollywood music and Sufism. Raj Kumar Mahto penned the lyrics while Abhijeet composed the song raising its musical quotient.

Abhijeet had earlier released music videos Sawal, Bagawat, and Tere Liye and they featured in the top playlist in Bollywood Latest Love Tunes on Spotify.
