Hrithik Roshan
Making his Bollywood box office debut in 2000 with the hit movie, Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai, Hrithik Roshan is best known for his charisma, physique, and versatile skills including top-of-the-line acting and dancing. Moreover, with six Filmfare Awards and a reported net worth of over Rs 3100 crore, the actor is one of the most recognized and decorated faces in the entertainment industry.
Despite his hits such as the Krrish franchise, War, and Super 30, the 50-year-old mega-star is currently facing the ire of his fans. The reason is as simple as love. Among the millions of his followers, several are frustrated over his lack of screen appearance in recent times.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), a fan highlighted how Hrithik Roshan has only made 7 movies in the last 10 years or so. Moreover, of those, two were remakes of other popular films and only five films - Mohenjo Daro, Kaabil, Super 30, War, and Fighter were original works. Additionally, this number falls much behind that of other major stars like Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, and many of the young new faces.
Unable to witness him staying behind and missing his presence on the big screens, several fans demanded on the social media platform for Roshan to either return to making movies or retire. Thus, soon enough “SIGN MOVIES OR RETIRE HRITHIK” was trending on the web.
