Actor Sidharth Shukla died due to heart attack at Mumbai’s Cooper Hospital on Thuesday. The actor (40) is survived by his mother and two sisters. The unfortunate news came as a big shock for all.

Siddharth Shukla, winner of Bigg Boss 13, stepped into the television industry in 2008. He was a popular face of the television and film industry. He was seen in Hindi movie Humpty Sharma Ke Dulhania. 

The actor's last screen outing was Ekta Kapoor's popular show 'Broken But Beautiful 3' in which he played the role of Agastya.

Shubh in Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na: 

In 2008, Sidharth made his acting debut with a lead role in the television show- Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na on Sony TV opposite Aastha Chaudhary. Shukla played Shubh Ranawat, a man dedicated to his work and family. The show ended in February, 2009.

Rahul in Love U Zindagi: 

In 2011, he appeared as Rahul Kashyap in Love U Zindagi - Geet Ke Funde opposite Pavitra Punia on StarPlus. The story was set in a Punjabi backdrop.

Shiv in Balika Vadhu: 

In 2012, Sid appeared as District Collector Shivraj Shekhar opposite late actress Pratyusha Banerjee and Toral Rasputra in Balika Vadhu. His portrayal of Shiv in the long-running Colors TV social drama series Balika Vadhu earned him widespread recognition and popularity, including several awards and nominations.

Angad in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania: 

Sidharth made his Bollywood debut in 2014, in the romantic comedy Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. He played the character of Angad Bedi, an NRI doctor and fiancé of the female protagonist played by Alia Bhatt. The film earned him an award for "Breakthrough Supporting Performance (Male)" in the 2015 Stardust Awards.

Hosted Savdhaan India & India's Got Talent 6: 

He was named the host of Savdhaan India in 2014. He introduced stories of common people who fought against crime. Later, in 2015, he hosted India's Got Talent 6 with Bharti Singh.

Reality Shows: 

In 2016, Sid won the stunt reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7. In 2019, he participated in the reality show Bigg Boss 13 and was declared the winner.

Parth in Dil Se Dil Tak:

He appeared as Parth Bhanushali in Dil Se Dil Tak with co-stars Rashami Desai and Jasmin Bhasin in 2017. The series was believed to be inspired by the Bollywood movie, Chori Chori Chupke Chupke. However, he left the series in December 2017.
