Shraddha Kapoor, Prabhas, Mrunal Thakur
Shraddha Kapoor and Prabhas first shared the screen in the 2019 film ‘Saaho’, which didn’t fare well at the box office. Despite ‘Saaho’'s underperformance, fans loved the chemistry between Shraddha and Prabhas and have been eager for their reunion in another film.
It appears that Shraddha and Prabhas' fans may soon have reason to rejoice, as they are in talks to star in Hanu Raghavapudi’s film ‘Fauji’ which earlier rumoured to star Mrunal opposite the Salaar star.
A recent report had claimed that Mrunal and Prabhas would be sharing screen space in the film and suggested that the makers would reveal their first look on August 17. However, Mrunal Thakur’s response has dispelled these speculations.
On Wednesday, she commented on a post claiming she would be part of ‘Fauji’, writing, “Sorry to be a vibe killer! Butttt I’m not a part of this film.”
Meanwhile, during a social media interaction, a fan inquired about the possibility of Shraddha Kapoor collaborating with Prabhas again, asking, "When will you pair with Prabhas again, ma'am?" Shraddha’s playful yet heartwarming response quickly captured attention: "When he sends me his ghar ka food tiffin."
Earlier this month, there were rumors that Prabhas is starring in Hanu Raghavapudi’s ‘Fauji’. Reports suggested the film would be launched on August 17 in Hyderabad, with Mythri Movies producing and organizing a puja ceremony to commence the film.
However, none of these reports have been confirmed by the makers yet.
On the work front, Prabhas was last seen in ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, directed by Nag Ashwin. He is also gearing up for his first horror-comedy drama, ‘Raja Sahab’, and will star in Prashanth Neel’s ‘Salaar 2’.
