The Bollywood actress was fond of sports right from her childhood and participated in all types of sports activities when she was in school. She was the captain of the school’s basketball team and also played volleyball very well. Known for her expertise in fitness and yoga, Shilpa has many YouTube videos and a book to her name where she discusses the benefits of eating right and doing exercises regularly.
She is the co-author of “The Great Indian Diet” book with Luke Coutinho which discusses how nutrition can be obtained by eating fruits and vegetables produced locally.
