Sharvari Wagh 'blames' Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Shah Rukh Khan for 'nerve-wrecking' experience in Alpha!
After Salman Khan's Tiger franchise, Hrithik Roshan's War series and Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan, Alpha has remained the talk of the town. Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh are playing super-agents in the big-budget actioner, also included in YRF's Spy Universe. Sharvari is the youngest actor to be a part of the universe and is quite excited. However, she 'blames' Salman, Shah Rukh and Hrithik for her 'nerve-wrecking' experience in Alpha.
Recently, during an exclusive chat on News18 Showsha, Sharvari, who has turned heads with his impressive performances in Munjya, Maharaj and Vedaa, shared her experience of working in Alpha.
The actress said that it has been like a dream come true moment for her to work in such a big cinematic universe.
Sharvari was quoted as saying, "To be part of something that’s already so huge feels incredible. I’m super excited and truly grateful to be a part of it, firstly because the film stands for what it does and secondly, the fact that I get to work with Alia. That’s a big dream come true."
Further, the Munjya actress confessed that she is the youngest actor to shoulder a project of a franchise that has been earlier shouldered by the biggest superstars of the industry (Salman, SRK and Hrithik). Moreover, she also talked about other big names associated with the universe (Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone).
Further, she stated that being a part of the project is humbling, motivating and a little bit nerve-wrecking.
Indeed, continuing the legacy of the big stars of the Spy Universe is a big responsibility and a huge challenge for Sharvari. While Salman, SRK and Hrithik have tasted mammoth success with their movies under the Spy Universe, Sharvari must be under immense pressure to meet the expectations of the audience.
While Sharvari will be seen sharing screen space with Alia for the first time, she also confessed that she is in awe of her co-star. Talking about her enriching experience of working alongside the Ganagubai Kathiawadi actress, Sharvari said that she has learned a lot from her. She also added that watching Alia's work is like a 'masterclass' in itself.
Notably, Alpha is the first female spy film in the YRF Spy Universe. Apart from Alia and Sharvari, the movie also stars Anil Kapoor in a key role and Bobby Deol as the antagonist. While the makers are yet to announce the release date, the makers have reportedly targets to release it in 2025, after the release of War 2. Moreover, rumours have been abuzz that Hrithik will have a cameo in Alpha as Kabir. However, fans need to wait for an official confirmation.
