Shah Rukh Khan is a 'middle-class' person! Not money, know what makes him happy

Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan has once again made it to the list of Top 10 Richest Actors in The World. With his net worth estimated at $876.5 million (roughly Rs 7500 crore), SRK has secured the fourth spot in the list leaving behind International superstars like Brad Pitt, George Clooney, and Tom Hanks. The Indian actor, who has been one of the most successful actors for the last three decades, is only behind Arnold Schwarzenegger ($1.49 billion), Dwayne Johnson ($1.19 billion), and Tom Cruise ($891 million) on the list.

However, despite the riches, SRK is a 'middle-class' person at heart. Though sounds surprising, Ra One director Anubhav Sinha recently revealed a heartwarming reason that makes King Khan a middle-class person.

Filmmaker Anubhav Sinha, who teamed up with Shah Rukh Khan for Ra One why he thinks that the superstar is a middle-class person by heart.

Sinha shared that more than brands, the Pathaan actor is happy to see his family happy, which is the most middle-class thing ever.

Fans are well aware that SRK is someone who likes to cook for his kids, listen to their high-school drama and spend quality time with his family whenever possible.

While talking to Faye D’Souza, Sinha revealed that SRK is a middle-class boy at heart. Sinha stated that he is so middle-class, that it's not even funny. Further, the filmmaker also revealed that when he told SRK about this, he agreed to it with quirky laughter. 

Moreover, Sinha also stated that he has all the money in the world, but that's not something that makes him happy.

The Thappad director quipped, "Does the Gucci make you happier or does the fact that your sister is happy make you happier?” and added that the 'middle class' star is happier to see his sister Shahnaz and his kids (Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan, and AbRam Khan) smile.

Further, Sinha added that the way SRK looks after his family is an achievement.

"It’s difficult to be the guy who’s that universally popular; let’s not even talk about the money; to be rooted and grounded,” he added.

Sinha also acknowledged that more than working with SRK in Ra One, it was a privilege to know him in person.
