Shah Rukh Khan's blockbuster 'Pathaan' is all set to have a sequel, tentatively titled 'Pathaan 2.' According to reports, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone are reuniting for 'Pathaan 2'. Although there's been no official confirmation yet, reports suggest that the sequel's shooting may commence in the last month of the current year.

Meanwhile, speculations are rife among fans of South Indian actor Prabhas that he might face a box office clash with Shah Rukh Khan once again after their 'Dunki' and 'Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire’ clash.

Reportedly, Prabhas is gearing up for his upcoming pan-India film, 'Spirit,' with director Sandeep Reddy Vanga which is slated for release in the second half of 2025.

According to Bollywood Report, netizens wish to see Spirit and Pathaan 2 release in the same year. Well, if this happens then there will be an epic clash between Shah Rukh Khan and Prabhas in 2025 like last year.

Notably, Shah Rukh’s  'Dunki' and  Prabhas’ 'Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire had released on December 22 last year. Addressing concerns about clashes, 'Salaar' director and writer Prashanth Neel emphasised that filmmakers don't desire clashes, especially with industry veterans like Shah Rukh Khan.

In an interview with The Times of India, he mentioned that it's an unpleasant situation for any filmmaker to move their release date, revealing that 'Salaar's' release date was determined by the production team.
