Samantha Ruth Prabhu who had taken a break from work after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Myositis is back with a bang on the professional front. Samantha will soon be seen on the big screen with mythological magnum opus Shaakuntalam. She has also started the filming of spy thriller web series Citadel opposite Varun Dhawan.

The actress left her fans guessing as she shared a cryptic post on her Instagram handle, talking about battle and kindness.

Sharing a selfie, The Family Man 2 actress wrote, “You never know what battles people fight … Be kind!!"

Samantha looked like a ray of sunshine in the selfie, in which she was seen flaunting her no make-up look and stylish earrings. In the close-up picture, Samantha was seen wearing a gray shirt while she left her hair open. 

Notably, in November last year, Samantha Ruth Prabhu revealed that she was suffering from a rare auto-immune disease called Myositis. 

While rumours of her condition being life-threatening were widely circulated after she made her condition public, she refuted the reports and wrote, “I want to clear up one thing. I saw a lot of articles describing my condition as life-threatening. The stage I’m in, it’s not life-threatening. At the moment, I’m not dead yet."

On the work front, apart from Citadel, Samantha will soon resume the shooting of the Telugu movie ‘Khusi’ opposite Vijay Deverakonda.
