Currently, Sam is busy promoting Subham and seems to be quite excited about her new role. Well, amid the promotions of Subham, rumours started swirling that Samantha might play the female lead in Atlee's big-budget AA22×A6, opposite Allu Arjun.
Fans loved Samantha and Allu Arjun's sizzling performance in Pushpa: The Rise's 'O Antava'. Moreover, the duo's chemistry in S/O Satyamurthy also received praise. Even considering Sam's successful collaborations with Atlee in Theri and Mersal, the buzz has gained significant attention.
Well, during a recent promotional interview for Subham, Sam cleared the air regarding being a part of AA22×A6.
She stated that though she shares a strong friendship with Atlee and hopes to work with him again, she is not a part of his upcoming sci-fi action flick.
Further, she emphasized that she is selective about her roles.
While the makers of AA22×A6 haven't yet announced the female lead opposite Allu Arjun, many speculate that Samantha could be the right choice.
On the work front, Samantha confirmed her involvement in another upcoming Telugu film titled 'Maa Inti Bangaram'. Sam revealed that filming of the new project is scheduled for next month and it is expected to wrap up quickly.
Notably, the actress revealed that she doesn't believe in limiting herself to specific genres or roles and that she is open to exploring a variety of scripts and characters to grow as an artist.
