South diva Samantha Ruth Prabhu is a fitness freak who takes her fitness routine very seriously and is often seen sweating out in the gym. Sam enjoys trying out new workout regimes to stay in shape.
Samantha is now a day following a new type of workout lately under the observation of her trainer, who according to Samantha is crazier as he tries to invent different types of workouts to help Sam maintain her toned body.
Sharing a glimpse of her new workout, Sam shared two videos on her Insta stories. In the videos, she can be seen standing on a mat while her instructor is trying to touch all over her body with a stick, but Sam is dodging it.
The Theri actor has a name for the workout and calls it 'Nagin Mobility drill', as like she glides like a snake.

On the work front, Samantha was last seen in Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rise in which she had a special appearance in the item song 'Oo Antava'. She will be next seen in Vignesh Shivan 'Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhaal' alongside Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara.
She will also be seen as a princess in the mythological drama Shaakuntalam which is based on Shakuntala and Dushyanta's epic love story.
