Nagarjuna breaks silence on Samantha-Naga Chaitanya split

It’s more than a year since Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya announced their separation bringing their much-celebrated love story to an end. A lot has been said indirectly by Sam regarding the issues and mental stress she went through after the separation. She even confirmed that the two did not separate on amicable terms which means that there was a lot of bitterness between them.

And it was quite evident when Samantha came on Koffee with Karan 7 and said that even today if the two are in the same room they will have to hide sharp objects. On his part, Naga Chaitanya has been quite silent and just said that both of them have moved on and there is no need to speak it out loud before the world. The Laal Singh Chaddha actor added that his close people including relatives, friends, and family members are those who matter to him most and they know everything about him.

However, all through these separation and divorce procedures, the Akkineni family’s head Nagarjuna did not speak much. Recently though, he made a remark on Naga Chaitanya’s divorce when someone asked him whether he is worried about his son’s career because buzz about his personal life is kind of overshadowing his professional life.

The Brahmastra actor said that currently, his son is in a good frame of mind, and as a father, that is enough for him. He added that it was quite unfortunate that Chaitu had to go through the divorce but now is happy. Nagarjuna concluded by saying that the family could not keep moping about the divorce thing and now it is out of their lives and hopefully out of the lives of everybody.

Naga Chaitanya recently made his debut in Bollywood with Laal Singh Chaddha but unfortunately, the film was a disaster at the box office. On the other hand, Samantha has become a craze post her stint in The Family Man 2 and item number O Ontava in Pushpa 1 and is now a big rage in Bollywood.
