  • Salman Khan will now be a part of Rohit Shetty's cop universe.
  • The director of Sooryavanshi stated that he has already initiated talks with Bhaijaan.

Sooryavanshi has once again established that if you want a hit even in trying situations, Rohit Shetty is the man for it. While Akshay Kumar’s stardom indeed managed to pull the crowd to the theaters, it was the magic effect of the Golmaal series that ensured that the box-office collection cross the 100 crore mark within just five days.

As is known Sooryavanshi is a part of the cop universe that Rohit has been trying to form in the last few years. Ajay Devgn’s Singham and Ranveer Singh’s Simmba have already big hits. And Akshay and Katrina’s Sooryavanshi is yet another addition to this cop group. Now the reports are that the Bol Bachchan director wants to add Salman Khan’s Dabangg-fame Chulbul Pandey to his elite cop universe.

While talking to the media, Rohit Shetty hinted that he and Bhaijan have already discussed this topic and it is quite possible that both of them will soon collaborate for a movie in which Salman will reprise the role of Chulbul. The famous director said that although he is interested in directing the superstar, he is yet to start writing a script for that particular project.

Rohit added that he will be speaking to Salman Khan in a week but it is too early to predict anything as of now. The host of popular adventure and stunt show Khatron Ke Khiladi said that he will soon start shooting for Cirkus and whatever has to happen will happen.

At present, the focus of Rohit is on Ranveer Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Pooja Hegde’s upcoming flick Cirkus which is reportedly inspired by Sanjeev Kumar’s old hit Angoor. Cirkus will be the third collaboration between Ranveer and Rohit. The Bajirao Mastani actor was a part of Sooryavanshi apart from being the lead star in Simmba. Ranveer is expected to play a double role in Cirkus which will be the first for him.
