Salman Khan's films failing for jobless friends! Andaz Apna Apna co-star reveals more
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's recent release Sikandar failed to impress most of the audience. Despite the hype, Eid release and an ensemble cast including Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi and Prateik Smita Patil, helmed by AR Murugadoss, the movie managed to collect only Rs 184 crore (gross), globally. Many opined that Sikandar's weak storyline failed to connect with the audience and disappointed the moviegoers. However, Sallu's friend and his Andaz Apna Apna co-star recently shared that the Superstar's films are failing for his friends.
Actor Shehzad Khan, who worked with Salman Khan in multiple movies including Andaz Apna Apna and Bharat, said that 'Tiger' will always remain alive, even though his films are not working.
During an interview, Shehzad said, "Total nonsense. Yes, his films not working is fine, but Salman Khan can never be finished. Until God calls him, he will keep going. There’s no replacement for Salman Khan. Tiger is alive — and Tiger will remain alive."
Further, he added, "His films will come and be super-duper hits. This talk about him being finished is total nonsense. All those running their shops on YouTube by speaking against him — we shouldn’t take them seriously."
Furthermore, he talked about the reason for Salman's films failing.
He said, "All his scripts that go wrong are because he tries to accommodate his friends, who have no work. I won’t take names, but there’s an actor he gave a break to in ‘Sikandar’. That person said, ‘Bhai, I don’t have work,’ and Salman simply said, ‘Do Sikandar.’ That’s who he is."
As Shehzad revealed, Salman helps selflessly and doesn't expect loyalty. Without any selfish motives, he helps with one hand in a way that the other hand doesn't know. Moreover, Shehzad also said that Salman does less for himself and more for his family. He is always there for those in need.
