Salman Khan and Karan Johar are good friends. However, the superstar has worked only once in Karan’s debut film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Karan had said earlier on his Koffee with Karan show that he wants to work with Salman and now it seems those words are coming true.

A leading entertainment portal has reported that Salman Khan and Karan Johar are teaming up soon for an exclusive project that will release on Eid next year. Eid and success have been synonymous with the Bhaijan ever since Wanted released in 2009 became a massive success. And that is why the superstar more often plans his releases on or around Eid.

Currently, he is busy promoting his home production Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan which is gearing up to hit the theatres on Eid 2023.

Post that, he is planning to start a movie with the Dharma Boss. Currently, Karan and Salman are in talks for a big-budget film. Although the talks are currently in the nascent stage, the production house owner and director have already narrowed down a script and the director who will direct the film. All these details are under wraps but the news has already triggered hype and interest around this yet-untitled film.

Salman Khan and Karan Johar had tried to start a film together years earlier when the production house was working on Agneepath with Hrithik Roshan. The film was titled Shuddhi however, it was cancelled later on for an unknown reason.

At the start of his career, for almost a decade or more the Tere Naam actor worked mostly with low-budget productions and stayed away from big banners like YRF. However, things changed after the release of Wanted, and movies like Dabaang and Bajrangi Bhaijaan established that he was one of the biggest superstars of India.

After giving back-to-back hits like Sultan, and two blockbusters from the Tiger franchise with YRF, the third movie from the Tiger franchise will hit the theaters soon.
