Saif Ali Khan stabbing: Urvashi Rautela shows off Rolex watch, diamond ring when asked about incident, trolled

While fans and friends from the film fraternity are extending their support to ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ actor Saif Ali Khan after the stabbing incident, actress Urvashi Rautela found herself at the center of controversy after she started showing off her Rolex watch and diamond ring when asked about the incident.

Instead of commenting on the issue, Urvashi tries to show off her Rolex watch gifted by her mother. The incident occurred during the promotional stint of her recently released movie ‘Daaku Maharaaja’ starring Telugu superstar Balakrishna.

Reporter: “Saif Ali Khan was reportedly stabbed. What is your response to this?”

As expected, the actress was brutally trolled online for being insensitive and showing off when a fellow actor was injured in a brutal attack. Following the backlash, Urvashi finally apologized to Saif Ali Khan through a long Instagram post.

“Dear Saif Ali Khan Sir, I hope this message finds you in strength. I am writing with a deep sense of regret and heartfelt apology. Until now, I was completely unaware of the intensity of the situation you are facing. I feel ashamed that I allowed myself to be consumed by the excitement surrounding Daaku Maharaaj and the gifts I was receiving instead of pausing to acknowledge and understand what you are going through,” the actress post read.

She further continued, “Please accept my sincerest apologies for being so ignorant and insensitive. Now that I know the gravity of your case, I am deeply moved and want to extend my unwavering support. Your grace, dignity and resilience during such a challenging time are truly admirable, and I have nothing but immense respect for your strength.”
