At least 10 females had made sexual harassment allegations against director and the current Bigg Boss 16 contestant Sajid Khan, informed Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chief Swati Maliwal on Wednesday.

Speaking to ANI, Maliwal said 10 women have levelled severe sexual harassment the charges against Sajid Khan in 'Me Too' campaign. 

"Sajid Khan had asked a few minors to strip naked during auditions to get a role in his movies Housefull 4 and Humshakals," the DCW chief said.

Maliwal has also urged the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting for immediate eviction of Khan from the Bigg Boss show.

"I submitted a complaint to I&B Minister Anurag Thakur to remove him from the show immediately, take action against Bigg Boss & probe all complaints," said the DCW chief.

She further said that following the complaint filed by her, she has been receiving death threats and hence, she has lodged a complaint with the Delhi Police.

She wrote that she got the threat on her Instagram account. Two users with ID names -- Rahul and Hrithik Sheldekar -- threatened her. She has shared the screen shot of the threat messages.

Meanwhile, police have said that they are looking into the matter.

Sajid Khan was accused of sexual misconduct by several women during the #MeToo movement in 2018. Actress like Mandana Karimi, singer Sona Mohapatra earlier slammed Bigg Boss makers over the entry of Sajid Khan.

Besides, Urfi Javed slammed Shehnaaz Gill and Kashmera Shah for supporting Sajid's entry into Bigg Boss 16.
