Rashmika Mandanna to headline female-centric movie with emotional turmoil, watch

Rashmika Mandanna today announced her new movie titled The Girlfriend. Rashoo is headlining this female-centric film and also shared her first look from the movie on her social media page.

The Girlfriend is going to be a solo-led thriller and hence the responsibility of the movie lies more on the shoulders of the young actress. While it is her 24th movie in a career of 7 years, this will be the first time that Rashmika Mandanna will be working as the solo lead.

Directed by Rahul Ravindran, the movie is being produced by Geetha Arts headed by Allu Arvind. Rashmika Mandanna is expected to start shooting for the same very soon. The post shared by the Heart Crush of India describes what exactly the audience can expect from this flick.

The first look is quite impressive and intriguing. The voiceover that supports the video clip is quite expressive denoting the epitome of love as well as possessiveness. Interestingly, the way Rashmika has been seen in this first look has certainly excited the audience.

The Geetha Govindam actress can be seen submerged in the water looking breathless and distressed while a voiceover keeps on saying that he loves her so much that she does not need anyone else not even family or friends.

Career-wise Rashmika is at the top. With Animal all due for release and Pushpa: The Rise gearing up for release next year, the beautiful actress has a line-up of movies that can be an envy for all her competitors.

Importantly, she is one South Indian actress who has made a big impact in Bollywood and is successfully balancing her stint in both industries.
