Rashmika Mandanna, Tamil superstar Suriya make generous donation for Wayanad Landslide victims

OG National Crush Rashmika Mandanna has made a generous donation of Rs 10L to the Kerala Chief Ministers Relief Fund for the Wayanad disaster. Celebrated for her captivating roles and genuine kindness, Rashmika has set an example with her heartfelt contribution.

“I saw this and it broke my heart. I am so so sorry. This is terrible! Prayers for the families,” Rashmika tweeted.

Apart from Rashmika, actors Suriya, Jyotika and Karthi have also extended helping hand for the Kerala landslide victims. The Tamil superstars have together made a collective donation of Rs 50L.

Meanwhile, the death toll has risen to 256 while another 200 people are still missing, as per latest report.

“#WayanadLandslide my thoughts and prayers with the families... Heartbreaking..! Respects to all members of Government agencies and people on the field helping the families with rescue operations 🙏,” Kanguva star Suriya said through a tweet.

Similarly, Tamil actor Chiyaan Vikram has also donated Rs 20L for the rescue and relief operation in Wayanad.

“Pained by the sad news of the devastation caused by the recent landslide in Kerala's #Wayanad district that left over 150 people dead, 197 injured and several others missing,  Actor @chiyaan today donated a sum of Rs 20 lakhs to the Kerala Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund,” shared a fan.

Malayalam actors Mohanlal, Mammootty, Manju Warrier, Asif Ali, Tovino Thomas, Nikhila Vimal, Basil Joseph and Malavika Mohanan also made some donations and appealed to their fans to help the victims in whichever way possible.
