Actress Rashmika Mandanna has been riding high on the success of 'Pushpa 2: The Rule,' also starring Allu Arjun. Pushpa 2 has emerged as the biggest blockbuster scripting several records. Before that, she was basking in the success of Animal, opposite Ranbir Kapoor. And now, she is all set for her upcoming Chhaava, starring Vicky Kaushal in the lead. Since her debut in 2016, she has worked with several biggies of the Indian Film Industry including Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Dhanush and Thalapathy Vijay. Her career has been on an upward trajectory and she is continuing to achieve success. However, Rashmika Mandanna has made sacrifices for success and she terms it the 'Biggest Compromise'.

During a recent interview with Femina, the Mission Majnu actress reflected on how she had to sacrifice in her personal life to achieve success.

During the interview, Rashoo said, "I don’t get to spend enough time with my family, and that has been the biggest compromise on my journey. When I was growing up, my mom always told me that you can’t have your professional and personal lives on equal footing; you would have to sacrifice one for the other. Sadly, my destiny has led me to sacrifice family time for my professional commitments.”

However, she also called her family her 'anchor', especially her younger sister. Notably, Rashoo missed watching her growing up and called the decision 'difficult'. 

“My little sister and I message each other almost every day; I miss her terribly. I make it a point to call my mum, dad and sister whenever I can. I know she is a smart girl, and she’ll grow up to be an amazing woman. I’ll always be proud of her,” she added.

On the work front, Rashmika Mandanna is all set for Chhaava, scheduled for theatrical release on February 14. Further, she has Sikandar with Salman Khan (Eid 2025 release), Thamma with Ayushmann Khurrana, The Girlfriend and Kubera.
