As anticipation builds up for ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule,’ starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, the latter has shared exciting insights into the highly awaited film.

In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Rashmika revealed that the sequel would surpass its predecessor in scale and grandeur.

Having completed shooting for a song in Pushpa 2, Rashmika expressed the team's dedication to delivering a blockbuster akin to ‘Pushpa: The Rise.’

She assured fans that the second installment would be "so much bigger" and acknowledged the responsibility to meet the high expectations set by the first film.

Rashmika praised the team's commitment to creating a memorable cinematic experience, stating, "Everyone is so driven to make a good film. All of us have gone all out and are enjoying the process. It’s a story that has no end, you can lead it any which way. It is fun."

Addressing the potential pressure following the massive success of ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ in 2021, Rashmika asserted that there is no pressure but a sense of motivation to elevate their performance. She highlighted the growth in her character for Pushpa 2, expressing excitement and confidence in her improved acting abilities.

The filming for Pushpa 2 faced a brief hiatus in November 2023 due to Allu Arjun's health concerns, but production resumed later. Allu Arjun had previously unveiled his unique first-look poster for the film, donning a saree with vivid face paint in shades of blue and red. Fahadh Faasil's look poster was also released, heightening fans' anticipation.

This most-awaited sequel is scheduled to hit the screens on August 15, 2024, which will reportedly clash with Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn’s ‘Singham 3.’
