Rashmika Mandanna and Allu Arjun reuniting in AA22xA6: Reports

Ace filmmaker Atlee Kumar's upcoming sci-fi actioner AA22xA6 (working title) has been generating significant buzz since its announcement. Following the declaration of Deepika Padukone coming onboard with Allu Arjun, fans are charged up. Furthermore, though an official announcement is awaited, Mrunal Thakur is reportedly onboard in a key role. Moreover, recently, reports were abuzz that global superstar Will Smith is in talks with Atlee to play the antagonist. Amid the growing hype, a recent report suggests that Rashmika Mandanna is reuniting with her Pushpa co-star Allu Arjun for AA22xA6.

According to the latest report by Pinkvilla, Rashmika Mandanna has been confirmed to join Allu Arjun in AA22xA6. However, Rashoo and Bunny will be seen in completely different avatars in Atlee's ambitious project.

According to the report, Rashmika's role in AA22xA6 is likely to be the boldest and most experimental project of her career. Well, the collaboration promises a genre-defying transformation.

A close source to the development also revealed that Rashmika recently underwent a look test and body scan in Los Angeles for her role.

Notably, Rashmika and Allu Arjun teamed up for one of the most successful movie franchises- Pushpa: The Rise and Pushpa 2: The Rule. The duo will also reprise their iconic characters of Srivalli and Pushparaj, respectively, again in Pushpa 3: The Rampage. While Srivalli was raw and emotionally driven, in AA22xA6, Rashoo's character will be in contrast. 

If the reports are anything to go by, the Mysaa actress will be featured in a futuristic and hyper-stylised setting, promising a drastically new dynamic with Bunny's character. Further, the report also suggests that the duo will share screenspace in storylines spanning multiple dimensions, possibly involving alternate realities.
