Ranveer Singh starrer ‘83’ is undoubtedly one of the most-awaited movies of 2021. It is based on the Indian cricket team’s victory at the 1983 World Cup in England.

While the movie is going to hit the theatres on December 24, fans of the movie feel that there should be a sequel to 83 based on India’s 2011 World Cup victory.

Recently, director of the movie Kabir Khan was asked about any chance of him making the sequel to 83, to which he reminded his ‘take on sequels’.

Speaking to BollywoodLife, Khan said, “As of now I am still stuck in 1983. You know my take on sequels. However, the story of 2011 is not a sequel; it’s a separate story in itself. But, I am not at all thinking about it right now, I am totally focused on 83 and I can’t wait for the world to see it.”

The movie is filled with emotions, tensed moments, defeats and glorious win that each player experienced. And, if we go by the reviews, fans are going to feel the same while watching the movie.
