Ranbir Kapoor turns into a deadly killer in first look from ‘Animal’

Ranbir Kapoor’s first look from Kabir Singh fame Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’ is out and killing the internet. Makers of the much-awaited movie unveiled the poster of the flick at midnight on New Year’s Day.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the director of the movie also took to his Instagram handle to share the ‘killer’ first look of Ranbir. 

The Brahmastra star looks deadly with a blood-stained axe in the poster. He can be seen holding an axe as if returning after killing someone, and is later seen lighting a cigarette.

Fans have been blown away by the poster. The poster has millions of views and likes. Even Ranbir Kapoor’s wife Alia Bhatt liked the post and posted a comment in praise of her hubby.

‘Daayumm RK,” wrote a fan while another wrote, “It’s the time to show the world what is real violence.”

A third user wrote, “So excited to see Ranbir,” while another fan wrote, “Ranbir has planned a violent year ahead!”

Apart from Ranbir, the movie also stars Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandana, Bobby Deol and Tripti Dimri in key roles. Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani, the movie is slated to hit the theatres on August 11, 2023.

This apart, Ranbir will also be seen in Luv Ranjan’s rom-com ‘Tu Jhooti Main Makkaar’ which is set to hit the theatres on March 8, 2023. The movie will see the first on-screen collaboration of Ranbir and Shraddha Kapoor.

On the other hand, Animal will be the return movie of director Sandeep Reddy Vanga after Kabir Singh. He is also simultaneously shooting for Spirit with Rebel star Prabhas.
