Animal vs Bad Newz: Ranbir Kapoor’s violence to protect family vs Triptii Dimri’s pregnancy with 2 men

National crush Triptii Dimri’s new movie ‘Bad Newz’ has hit the theatres and is getting rave reviews from audience and movie lovers across the globe. The Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk-starrer started off with a solid collection at the box office.

The comedy drama revolves around heteropaternal superfecundation, a reproductive process in which twins are born to the same mother, but from different biological fathers. The film shows Triptii Dimri getting pregnant with both Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk’s child.

This has sparked a debate on Triptii Dimri’s character with many calling it sheer hypocrisy as Ranbir Kapoor’s character ‘Ranvijay’ was brutally called misogynist and violent for protecting his family.

As expected, the tweet went viral with netizens debating over the nature of both Ranbir and Triptii’s characters.
