Baahubali fame Rana Daggubati has come down heavily on IndiGo airlines after his luggage reportedly went missing during his flight.
The actor took to social media to express his disappointment with the airline’s services.

The ‘Leader’ star termed it as his worst airline experience ever. He further went on to add that IndiGo was ‘clueless with flight times’ and the airline’s staff were also clueless.

Taking to his Twitter handle, the actor wrote, “India's worst airline experience ever @IndiGo6E !! Clueless with flight times…Missing luggage not tracked…staff has no clue 💥 can it be any shittier !!”

Soon, the domestic airline responded to the actor's tweet and apologized for the inconvenience caused. The airlines also apologized for the ‘discomfort’ he experienced when his luggage didn't arrive and assured to deliver his luggage at the earliest.

Responding to Daggubati’s tweet, IndiGo wrote, "While we apologise for the inconvenience caused in the meantime, please be assured, our team is actively working to get your luggage delivered to you at the earliest."

Soon other users also shared their experiences in the comment section.

A user posted a video and wrote, “Hi @IndiGo6E is this how you handle all flight luggage everyday or today was special?”

In the video, we can see two baggage handlers carelessly offloading two boxes from the aircraft to a container.

However, the airlines again clarified that the customers' luggage was not mishandled, and the boxes contained non-fragile cargo and were packed in a way to ‘endure fast manoeuvres’.

A few months back, actress Pooja Hegde had shared how she had a bad experience during her flight and had flagged the rude behavior of an IndiGo staff.

The Beast actress said the IndiGo official used an ‘arrogant, ignorant, and threatening tone for no reason’. The airline had later apologised and asked her to connect with them.
