Yodha actress Raashi Khanna has made a reputation for herself both in South and Hindi film industries. She made her acting debut in 2013 and there’s no looking back for her since then. After winning hearts in south movies, the gorgeous beauty is currently trying her luck in Bollywood.
After her terrific performance in Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Farzi’, she was recently seen in Sidharth Malhotra’s ‘Yodha’. She also has horror comedy Tamil film ‘Aranmanai 4’ with Tamannaah Bhatia. Meanwhile, reports suggest that Raashi has bought her third house in Hyderabad.
Reportedly, this purchase comes after she acquired two more houses in 2015 and 2017 respectively.
Even as the actress is slowly shifting her base to Bollywood, she is currently based in Hyderabad where she started her career. The actress organized an intimate housewarming event before entering her new house.
In the presence of family and close friends, she conducted the ‘griha pravesh’ puja ceremony. Photographs of the events were leaked online where the actress can be seen doing the puja and other rituals.
On the work front, Raashi’s performance in Yodha earned critical acclaim even as the film failed to meet expectations.
“Maybe there’s somebody who loves it, then somebody who hates it. There’ll always be all kinds of people, but obviously, we want, when the film is released, a lot of people should like it. I think the challenge has been to bring them to theatres still, because now everyone knows that the film will be released on OTT,” Raashi said while sharing the reason of the film’s box office decline.
