Pushpa The Rule villain may be seen romancing Triptii Dimri in Imtiaz's next
Fahadh Faasil, known for his stellar performances in Malayalam cinema, is set to debut in Bollywood with Imtiaz Ali's upcoming film. Fahadh who became a household name following his role in Pushpa: The Rise, is once again receiving rave reviews and praises for his performance as the antagonist in Pushpa 2: The Rule which was released today.
Reportedly, Imtiaz Ali will direct and produce the project under his banner, Window Seat Films, with production slated to begin in early 2025.
As per a report in Peeping Moon, Fahadh is thrilled to collaborate with one of his favourite Bollywood directors.
"They’ve been discussing this project for months, and it was recently finalized. Triptii’s pairing with him adds an exciting and unique dimension to this collaboration. Imtiaz is known for pushing boundaries in love stories, and this one promises to stand out in his repertoire," shared an insider.
This marks Fahadh’s first collaboration with Imtiaz, while Triptii previously worked on Laila Majnu, written by the filmmaker. As per reports, Imtiaz Ali is putting the final touches on the script.

Meanwhile, at the pre-release event of Pushpa 2 in Kochi, Allu Arjun praised Fahadh, saying, “FaFa has rocked the show in Pushpa 2 and will make every Mallu proud.”
On the other hand, Imtiaz Ali’s last directorial, Amar Singh Chamkila, featured Diljit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra which was loved by audience and critics alike.
