'Pushpa: The Rule', starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna is one among the most-talked movies from the south industry. Be it Pushpa's swag, iconic punchlines or hook steps, movie lovers including several international celebrities across the globe went crazy over those. Now, all eyes are on the sequel, 'Pushpa: The Rule'.

The pairing of Tollywood Icon Star Allu Arjun and National Crush Rashmika Mandanna was loved by all and the 'raw' onscreen chemistry between them was highly praised. While fans are waiting for official updates from the makers to know about Pushpa 2, a recent update has shocked many.

The makers are planning for Pushpa 3.

Yes! You heard it right Following the record-shattering success of RRR and KGF Chapter 2, the makers of Pushpa opted to make some prominent changes to the script of Pushpa 2 to turn it globally appealing. Meanwhile, reports have surfaced that in the due process of changing the script, the story line exceeded for which the makers had earlier decided to split it into two parts.

Film Industry tracker and analyst Manobala Vijayabalan in his Tweet on Tuesday confirmed that Pushpa 3 is on the cards.

His post read, "#Pushpa3 CONFIRMED by Fahadh Faasil. #AlluArjun"

Though there is no official confirmation backing the claim, fans have started engaging in a banter on social media. Several supporters of KFI's Rocking Star Yash and admirers of KGF have commented that Pushpa makers decided to go for the third installment after the announcement of KGF Chapter 3.

Everyone needs to wait for an official announcement that would clear the air from the latest buzz.

Pushpa craze still continues

Recently, the overwhelmed makers celebrated the remarkable feat as 'Pushpa: The Rise' album became the first album to hit 5 billion views.

"The Biggest Ever Feat In Indian Cinema Icon Star @alluarjun's #PushpaTheRise is the First Album to hit 5 BILLION VIEWS " the Twitter post read.

'Pushpa: The Rule' to get unexpectedly delayed!

Recently, the makers made announcement inviting male, female and children across all ages for auditions. The audition was held in Tirupati for three days. It then seemed the makers were gearing up for shooting soon.

While many got excited after the buzz surfaced claiming inclusion of Vijay Sethupathi, here is something that may disappoint fans of Allu Arjun.

As Allu Arjun is on a vacation with his family, the makers will go for shooting after he returns. However, the recent reports have raised eyebrows and it is speculated that Pushpa 2 shooting will get unexpectedly delayed and so will the release.

As per the reports, Telugu film producers are contemplating to stall shooting of movies from August 1 in a bid to "restructure the industry" as production costs have mounted several fold while theatrical revenues slid to low levels owing to COVID-19.

Several producers held meetings in Hyderabad and decided to resort to stern action to set things right for the industry's survival.

The Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce has been notified of their decision to halt film shootings from August 1.

"Theatrical revenues, except for blockbuster movies like RRR, KGF-2 and one or two others, have fallen to an abysmal low of 20 per cent. This has hit the industry hard, which was already reeling under the COVID impact. Everyone is now worried about the sustainability of the industry in such a scenario," PTI quoted a top producer as saying.

The producers have come together to devise ways to restructure the entire industry to ensure its survival, he added.

"We will have further talks in the next few days and arrive at a final decision on the way forward," the producer said.

Well, if such thing happens, the shooting of Pushpa certainly would get delayed. Fans need to wait to get clarity over it until the producers come up with their final decision and Allu Arjun comes back from his vacation.
