'Pushpa 2: The Rule' Trailer OUT: Allu Arjun aka Pushpa becomes 'wildfire,' goes 'international'
The anticipation is finally over with the release of the much-awaited 'Pushpa 2: The Rule trailer'. The makers of the Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil-starrer dropped the highly-anticipated trailer giving a glimpse into the world of Pushparaj aka Pushpa, who has become 'wildfire' from 'fire'. Moreover, Pushpa's reign is not limited to the country's boundaries, he has gone international in the sequel.
The trailer of the sequel to the film promises a high-voltage action-drama with Pushparaj aka Allu Arjun at the forefront.
The trailer then goes on to show several electrifying moments mostly in terms of action set pieces. There’s also a glimpse of Rashoo’s iconic character of Srivalli in the movie.
However, the game truly changes with the entry of the Malayalam superstar Fahadh Faasil in the trailer. His entry is kept simple yet it makes a big impact as he emerges out of a lake while taking a bath. The eccentricity of Fahadh’s character of a cop makes for a perfect antagonistic force for Allu Arjun’s character of sandalwood smuggler, Pushpa.
Pushpa has indeed become a brand in the country that has set a new benchmark of success.
Interestingly, the popular punchline of Pushpa in the first instalment 'Pushpa Naam Sunke Flower Samjhe Kya? Fire Hai Mein...' seems to have upgraded. In the trailer, Pushpa introduces himself as 'wildfire' and confirms that he has gone global. Bunny says, 'Pushpa ko National Khiladi samjhe kya, International hai...' confirming his reign sprawling overseas.
Written and directed by Sukumar, and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the music of the film is from T Series, Pushpa 2: The Rule is the much-awaited sequel to Pushpa: The Rise (2021). Icon Star Allu Arjun, National Crush Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil are reprising their respective roles. The first instalment of the Pushpa franchise showed Arjun locking horns with Fahadh. However, the battle between Pushparaj and Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat has intensified in the sequel.
Pushpa 2: The Rule is scheduled for theatrical release on December 5.
