Tollywood actor Prabhas ’ upcoming Adipurush , the cinematic adaptation of the Hindu epic Ramayana, is once again back in the headlines. Adipurush is scheduled for theatrical release on 16 June. Even though the release date is inching closer , the makers are mum and are yet to share any updates related to the movie.
Though helmer Om Raut shattered everyone's expectations with the ‘cartoon-like VFX’ in the teaser, fans are highly hopeful for an exciting visual treat after major modifications.

As per earlier reports, the makers decided to make major modifications and give a complete visual experience to the viewers. Such a crucial decision was taken after getting brutally trolled by everyone.
However, there are no updates dropped by the makers since then.
Now, netizens have started a social media campaign demanding the makers to start Adipurush promotions along with another tag ‘Wakeup Om Raut.’
Well, though movie lovers got disheartened with the VFX and character presentations in the movie, the social media trends certainly prove that fans are still hopeful for an exciting journey with Prabhas.

Adipurush also starring Saif Ali Khan with screen name Lankesh and Kriti Sanon as Janaki will feature Lord Rama as a normal human without any supernatural powers. Prabhas ’ screen name will be Raghav. Apart from the above actors, Sonal Chauhan and Sunny Singh will be seen in crucial roles.
Adipurush triggered an uproar and invited trolls since the makers dropped the official teaser. Movie lovers blamed substandard VFX, character presentation and certain other reasons for degraded visual experiences.
