Besides impressing fans with her acting skills, Rashmika Mandanna also leaves her fans in awe of her fitness routine. She swears about a healthy lifestyle and often experiments with her workout regimens which includes Pilates, yoga, strength training, and core-building exercises.

Rashmika prioritises building a healthy body and mind despite her busy schedule. Recently, celebrity Fitness Trainer Namrata Purohit shared snippets of Rashoo’s Pilates session on her Instagram handle.

In her new workout video, Rashmika was sweating out while doing mind-body exercises. She was seen performing the high-intensity workout while playing with light. Namrata wrote, “Great to work the body and mind.”

In another post, Namarat shared a happy smiling face of Rashmika and wrote, “The face of a happy Pilates Girl” while tagging Rashmika.

For her workout session, Rashmika rocked the blend of comfort and style and rocked a black sleeveless top with black shorts. She completed her look with her hair tied in a top bun to keep it off her face while doing exercise.
